Foxora hosting and processing services.

General

These terms govern services supplied under the Foxora name, Finnish business ID 3653975-3. References to “Foxora”, “we” and “us” mean the service provider. By placing an order, you accept these terms and the service details agreed for that order.

Questions about these terms or an order can be sent to [email protected].

Services and accounts

The configuration, price, billing period and any agreed service limits are specified with your order. Hardware descriptions on our public website are an overview; availability and activation depend on the configuration we confirm. Payment alone does not mean a service has been provisioned.

Provide accurate account and billing information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for the people you authorise to use your services and for ensuring that you have the rights needed to host or process your content.

Payments and renewals

Pay invoices by their stated due dates using a payment method offered for the order. Applicable prices, taxes and billing periods must be shown before you commit to a purchase. Payment providers handle payment credentials; do not send card details to our support team.

Recurring services are invoiced for the agreed billing period. Automatic charging applies only where you have expressly authorised it. Contact us before the next renewal to end a recurring service. An unpaid invoice may result in suspension or termination, subject to the agreed service terms and applicable law.

Cancellation and refunds

For your first purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of payment by emailing [email protected] with your order reference. This voluntary money-back offer is available once per customer and excludes cryptocurrency payments.

The voluntary offer does not restrict any statutory right to withdraw, receive a refund or seek a remedy for a faulty service, regardless of the payment method. Consumers buying services online generally have a 14-day withdrawal period from conclusion of the contract. If you expressly request performance during that period, applicable law determines any proportionate charge and when the withdrawal right ends.

Acceptable use

Do not use our services for unlawful content or activity, malware distribution, phishing, unsolicited bulk messaging, unauthorised access or attacks against other systems. Do not interfere with other customers or exceed the resources agreed for your service.

We may restrict or suspend a service to address abuse, a security threat or a legal requirement. Where practical, we will explain the issue and give you an opportunity to resolve it; urgent threats may require immediate action. Any termination and refund rights remain subject to applicable law. Send abuse reports with supporting details to [email protected].

Privacy and operational records

Running your account and services requires processing account details, billing records, support correspondence and security information. The dashboard keeps session and audit records, including IP addresses, to support account security and service administration.

Our public website does not use advertising trackers or analytics. Third parties involved in payments, email delivery and security may process information needed for those functions. Contact [email protected] for questions about your personal data or to exercise your data protection rights.

Responsibilities and availability

Keep independent backups of important data and maintain software that you administer. Backup coverage, management responsibilities and any service-level commitment apply only as specified for your order. Report service faults promptly so we can investigate.

Maintenance, network faults and events outside our reasonable control can affect availability. We do not promise uninterrupted operation unless a specific service-level agreement says otherwise. Our responsibility for a failure, including any compensation, is determined by the agreement and applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

The date above identifies this version. We will notify affected customers by email before a material change takes effect, explaining the change and any applicable cancellation rights. Changes do not remove rights already accrued. Amendments to an existing service must have a valid contractual or legal basis.

Law and disputes

Finnish law governs the agreement, without taking away mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint directly.

Consumers may contact Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and, where eligible, refer an unresolved dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board. Court proceedings follow the jurisdiction rules that apply to the parties; consumers retain any mandatory right to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction.
